Terms and conditions



  • These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders. By ordering goods from our website you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Poit Trading LLC (henceforth Blackcarrot), Estonian registry number 14121115. Address raua 39, Tallinn.
  • In addition to conditions set out in Terms all internet purchases are regulated by relevant state regulations.
  • Blackcarrot reserves the right to unilaterally change Terms and prices of goods sold without prior notice. All purchases are regulated by Terms valid at the moment of purchase.
  • Products available, prices and discounts may differ from retail offers.



  • The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Webshop.
  • Prices are displayed next to products.
  • Blackcarrot accepts only Euros as payment mean.
  • Product description is  provided in Webshop directly next to the goods.
  • In addition to prices displayed next to products you will be charged for transportation according to your chosen delivery type. Delivery type and transportation cost are calculated in order basket.



  • Choose an item, quantity and add to basket. (Fabrics can be purchased in 10 cm increments by entering the desired amount manually and using a comma or period to separate.)
  • You can add, delete and change items in the basket.
  • To make an order choose “Order” after that you are requested to choose delivery type.
  • You can enter the discount coupon in the "COUPON" box below the products in the shopping cart.
  • -The amount of the fee will then be displayed, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

               Estonian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. 

               Finnish banking links: Danske, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

               Latvian banking links: Citadele ja Luminor

  • PS! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.
  • Order is considered valid after you have successfully made the payment.
  • You will get a notification e-mail from us informing you of the order details.
  • We will add a paper invoice to the delivery.
  • When you want to cancel an order contact us via info@blackcarrot.ee
  • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.



  • All web purchases are subjected to 100 % prepayment.
  • Orders can be paid for with Estonian, Finnish and Latvian bank links.
  • Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement applies after receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Webshop.
  • Webshop owner is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
  • If you would like to use other means of banks please just place the order and we will send you the invoice for the payment with regular bank transfer. For further details via info@blackcarrot.ee

  • Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over 39 € for Estonia and for Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and inside EU over 100 €

  • You can return goods and get a refund up to 14 days after the purchase by sending us a request to info@blackcarrot.ee .

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
  • Upon receiving the request we will send you a confirmation mail. 14 days starts from the delivery arrival date.
  • To return goods you have to inform us by e-mail info@blackcarrot.ee or call us + 372 5556 5358  and return goods no later than 14 days.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days.
  • The goods do not need to be in their original packaging but unwashed, uncut, unworn and include all original. labels etc. (Ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.)
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
  • Cut products made according to customer request are not subject to right of return unless the product is faulty.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
  • If a refund or reimbursement for defective goods is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

  • The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
  • The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
  • The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
